Installing the boru 01 app on your device
The boru 01 app is available on both Android and iOS. On Android, you can download directly from the Google Play Store by searching "boru 01" or visiting our site and tapping the Android download link. On iOS, the app lives in the App Store under the same name. Both versions require OS version 8.0 or higher (Android) and iOS 12.0 or higher to run.
Installation takes subject to verification depending on your connection. The app is roughly 60–80 MB, so users on slower networks may want to download over Wi-Fi. Once installed, launching the app opens to the login screen if you are new, or directly to the lobby if you have an existing boru 01 account.
We push updates monthly or when critical fixes are needed. Updates are incremental (typically 5–15 MB) so you do not re-download the entire app. Updates install in the background while you play, then apply the next time you restart the app. We notify you in the app news feed when a new version is available.
On both platforms, the app integrates with your device's operating system for security. On Android, we use Google Play Protect scanning for malware. On iOS, the app is signed with our certificate and verified by Apple's review process. Your payment credentials and account login are stored securely using system keychain encryption on both platforms, so your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment details are never stored in plain text.
Permission requests appear the first time you open the app. We ask for access to your phone's storage (to cache game assets locally) and notification permission (to alert you about new Liga 1 markets or promotions). Both are optional—you can deny and the app functions normally, though you will miss push notifications.
Registration and account verification on boru 01
On first launch, the app displays a registration form asking for your email, password, and phone number. Enter your details and tap Create Account. We send a verification code to your phone via SMS within seconds. Enter the code into the app to confirm your number. This step takes fewer than five minutes total.
Next, we ask for identity verification before your first withdrawal. The app guides you through uploading a photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document). Verification usually completes within one to two business hours. Until verified, you can deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
Subsequent logins require only your email and password. We offer an optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for added security—once enabled, you enter a code sent to your phone after each login. 2FA is available in the Settings menu under Account Security.

Choose your preferred method.
E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) redirect you to the wallet's app or mobile website. You confirm the payment there, then return to the boru 01 app. Your balance updates within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers and local payment require you to complete the transfer in your own banking app; the boru 01 system detects the incoming payment and credits your account within subject to verification during business hours.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by method but typically start at our welcome offer. Maximum limits range from our welcome offer (some e-wallets) to our welcome offer+ (bank transfers). The app displays limits during checkout so you know your options before proceeding.
Navigating the app lobby and game categories
After funding your account, the main lobby displays tabs for Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Esports. Each tab opens a category-specific view. On Sportsbook, you see upcoming Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, and international competitions like Champions League. Live Casino shows our blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger studios with real-time player counts and table limits. Slots displays dozens of titles (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and more). Esports lists Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile markets.
Each game or match appears as a card showing key info—team names or table name, current odds or bet limits, and a "View" or "Join" button. Tap to load the game. Live games stream immediately; market odds update in real time as bets flow in. Slots and sportsbook markets load within 2–3 seconds on typical 4G connections.
The app remembers your last-viewed category so re-opening returns you there. A search box at the top of each tab lets you filter by name—search "Liga 1" to see all related markets, or "blackjack" to find every blackjack table active at that moment.
Streaming quality and bandwidth management
Live-dealer video quality is adaptive. On Wi-Fi and fast 4G (20+ Mbps), the app streams at 1080p full HD with minimal latency. On moderate 4G (5–20 Mbps), the app scales to 720p automatically. On slower connections or 3G, it drops to 480p. You can also manually override this in Settings → Streaming Quality and lock it to your preferred resolution.
Average data consumption is roughly 1 GB per hour at 1080p, 500 MB per hour at 720p, and 200 MB per hour at 480p. The app caches downloaded content (game graphics, table backgrounds) so subsequent loads consume less data. Users on limited data plans often select 480p during peak hours and upgrade to higher quality over Wi-Fi at home.
Audio is independent of video quality—chat with live dealers and other players streams separately, so if video buffers, you still hear audio and dealer instructions. This separation ensures critical table communication never drops.
