Verify your identity within 2 hours
Upload a photo of your ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). Our team verifies in 1–2 hours, typically during business hours.

Deposit and start playing

App vs. browser: why choose one over the other
The boru 01 Android app stores live-dealer video streams in a local cache, so if your internet mobile bankingefly drops, you can continue watching your table without interruption; you'll reconnect to place bets once the connection returns. Push notifications alert you when a Liga 1 or Piala AFF match is about to start, when your withdrawal is processed, or when you're logged out from another device. The app also loads market pages 2–3 seconds faster than the web version on slower 4G connections because critical assets are pre-downloaded. Our iOS web app (accessed via Safari "Add to Home Screen") offers the same features as the web browser but opens with one tap from your home screen and doesn't require Safari to be running. The full web experience (boru01.id) works on any device and requires no installation, making it useful for trying boru 01 on a friend's phone or from a computer.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our boru 01 Android app runs on Android 7.0 or later; most phones from 2017 onwards meet this requirement. For iOS, add our web app to your home screen if your device runs iOS 12 or later; this covers iPhone 5s and newer, plus all iPad models from the past decade. For the web browser, any device with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge from the past three years will work smoothly. We test on popular models (Samsung Galaxy S20+, iPhone 12, OnePlus 9, Xiaomi Redmi 10) and tablets, but performance also depends on your phone's available RAM and internet speed. If you have an older device, the web version is lighter and often runs faster than the app.
Common installation and login issues
Android: if the APK download is blocked, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your Security settings. Go to Settings → Security, toggle "Unknown sources" on, then retry the download. Some Android devices show a "Certificate warning"—this is normal for direct APK installs outside the Play Store. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes on startup, restart your phone and try again; if the problem persists, uninstall and download the latest APK version. iOS: if "Add to Home Screen" doesn't appear in Safari's menu, ensure you're viewing boru01.id in Safari (not Chrome or another browser). Tap Share, scroll down, and look for "Add to Home Screen". If you cannot find a verification code, check your email spam folder and your SMS inbox; codes expire after subject to verification, so request a new one if needed. Web: clear your browser cache and cookies if you see old login screens or payment errors. Use Incognito mode (Chrome) or Private Browsing (Safari) to test whether a third-party extension is causing the issue.
Data, permissions, and account security on boru 01
When you install our app, we collect device identifiers (such as your phone's advertising ID) to track crashes and prevent fraud. Your login credentials are encrypted before transmission to our servers and are never stored on your phone in plain text. Your camera access is used only when you upload your ID for verification; we do not store or access your camera otherwise. Location data is used to check that you are not accessing boru 01 from a prohibited jurisdiction; this check happens when you log in. If you deny location permission, we may restrict your access until you enable it. All payments are processed via third-party processors (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.) and we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers. Two-factor authentication is available for high-risk actions (withdrawals, password changes); we send one-time codes to your registered mobile number or email. If you lose access to your phone, contact our support team via email and we can help you regain access to your account.
